Introducing the Yamaha Nexo Geo M1012-I, an innovative addition to the GEO M range, designed specifically for installation applications. This model upholds the distinctive aesthetic and sonic quality of its line array family while providing unparalleled versatility for mid-size venues. Its compact yet powerful design allows for arrays of up to 12 boxes, catering to audiences of up to 1000 people, making it ideal for a variety of events from concerts to conferences.
Compact Design Packed with Power
Despite its modest dimensions of 288mm x 531mm x 355mm and a weight of just 21 kg, the Geo M1012-I leverages high-performance Neodymium drivers to deliver profound audio impact. This line array's efficient design allows for dense packing and easy transport, ensuring premium sound delivery in even the most space-constrained venues.
Technological Advancements for Superior Sound
The Geo M1012-I integrates several of NEXO's patented technologies, enhancing its performance across all frequencies. The high frequencies are driven by the innovative Hyperbolic Reflective Wavesource (HRW™) technology, while the low frequencies benefit from the Phase Directivity Device (PDD™). Additionally, the enclosure features a honeycomb structure similar to that used in NEXO’s flagship STM Series, with a bass port that incorporates an improved version of the patented V-shaped profile.
Configurable Directivity for Tailored Coverage
This line array element offers a standard horizontal directivity of 80°, which can be expanded to 120° using the optional Configurable Directivity Device (CDD™). Vertical dispersion is fixed at 12°, ensuring precise sound coverage. The Geo M1012-I facilitates flawless audio projection in any setting, supported by NEXO’s NS-1 simulation software, which allows for accurate planning and angle adjustment between boxes.
Designed for Installation with Enhanced Safety and Aesthetics
The installation version of the Geo M1012-I features a fixed front steel grid covered by an acoustic cloth that aligns with the visual design of the GEO M6, ensuring it blends seamlessly into venue aesthetics. Its rigging system includes safety nuts for secure mounting, and connectivity is simplified with cable gland and captive two-core cables, enhancing both the safety and the ease of integration into existing systems.
