Radial Cab-Link Features:

  • ONE HEAD, TWO CABINETS - Split a single amplifier speaker output to a pair of cabinets from one compact box.
  • SERIES OR PARALLEL - Choose the input that matches your impedance and the unit reconfigures the wiring automatically.
  • ONBOARD IMPEDANCE GUIDE - A chart on the top panel shows which input pairs your amp and cabs to a safe load.
  • 400-WATT HANDLING - Heavy internal wiring passes up to 400 watts for loud stage and studio rigs.
  • LINE OUTPUT WITH TRIM - A level-controlled 1/4-inch line out feeds a second amp or effects unit for wet/dry tones.
  • FULLY PASSIVE DESIGN - No power supply or batteries; just patch speaker cables and play.
  • ROAD-TOUGH STEEL SHELL - A 14-gauge steel chassis shrugs off the knocks of gigging and transport.
  • PEDALBOARD-SMALL FOOTPRINT - A tiny enclosure tucks beside an amp or into a rack drawer.

Radial Cab-Link: Run Two Speaker Cabinets From One Amp Output

The Radial Cab-Link is a completely passive speaker cabinet merger that lets a single speaker output on your amplifier drive two cabinets at once, in either series or parallel configuration. Most amp heads give you one speaker jack, but the sound of a full stack, two cabs moving air together, is a tone every guitarist chases. The Cab-Link is the small steel box that finally lets one output feed both cabinets safely, so you can hear your rig the way you have always imagined it.

The Impedance Problem With Two Cabinets

Connecting two cabinets to a tube amp is not as simple as splitting the jack, because how you wire them changes the total impedance the amp sees, and a mismatch can stress the output section. Two 8-ohm cabinets wired in series present a 16-ohm load, while the same pair wired in parallel present a 4-ohm load. The Cab-Link handles both cases and prints a guide right on the top panel, so you can match your amp's rated tap to your cabinets without doing the math in your head at soundcheck.

Series or Parallel, Chosen by Which Input You Use

There is no mode switch to forget; the Cab-Link reconfigures itself based on which input you plug into. Patch a speaker cable from your amp head into the Series input to wire the two cabinets in series, or into the Parallel input to wire them in parallel, then run a cable from each of the two speaker outputs to a cabinet. The unit does the rewiring internally, so choosing your impedance is as simple as choosing a jack.

Why It Stays Completely Passive

Speaker-level signals carry real power, and the Cab-Link is engineered to pass it without a power supply, a battery, or any active circuitry to color the tone. Heavy internal wiring and a solid build let it handle up to 400 watts, enough for loud tube heads and high-power stage rigs. Because it is 100 percent passive, there is nothing to switch on and nothing to fail; you patch your speaker cables and the amp drives your cabinets exactly as it would through a single jack.

The Line Output and Wet/Dry Rigs

Beyond merging cabinets, the Cab-Link carries a 1/4-inch line output with its own level trim, opening the door to more ambitious rigs. Feed that line out into a second amplifier for a classic wet/dry setup, send it to an effects unit, or drive a third cabinet in the chain, all while dialing the level to blend it against your main cabs. It turns a simple two-cab merger into a flexible routing hub for bigger stage sounds.

Built to Survive the Road

A device sitting in the speaker path has to be tough, so the Cab-Link is wrapped in a 14-gauge steel chassis that shrugs off the knocks of touring and transport. Its footprint is small enough to sit beside an amp, tuck into a rack drawer, or ride on the back of a cabinet, and there is nothing fragile inside to rattle loose. For best results, use short, heavy-gauge speaker cables so the connection between amp and cabinets stays solid and low-loss.

Who the Cab-Link Is For

The Cab-Link is for the guitarist who wants the push of two cabinets from a single-output head; for the player building a wet/dry rig who needs a clean, level-controlled feed to a second amp; and for the touring musician who wants a rugged, passive way to reconfigure impedance on the fly. Plug into series or parallel, patch your cabs, and move the air of a full stack from one amp jack.
