This full-duplex wireless intercom system is designed to provide clear, real-time two-way communication for production crews working in broadcast, live events, training environments, and corporate operations. The system includes a base station, four beltpack transceivers, and five single-sided headsets, allowing team members to communicate simultaneously without push-to-talk delays. With a wireless operating range of up to 1000 feet, it supports coordinated communication across large spaces.

Reliable Long Range Communication Without Audio Delay

Supporting full-duplex wireless transmission, this intercom system allows all users to speak and listen at the same time with no noticeable latency. This communication style is essential for live production workflows where timing, cues, and rapid response are critical. The long-range wireless coverage makes it suitable for studios, stages, houses of worship, sports venues, and multi-room facilities.

Base Station with Dual Battery and AC Power Options

The base station features a built-in dual-battery plate compatible with L-series batteries, allowing portable operation when AC power is unavailable. It also supports AC power through a dedicated connector for stationary setups. This dual power design ensures uninterrupted communication during long productions, rehearsals, or events where mobility and redundancy are important.

Integrated Monitoring and Control at the Base Station

An onboard OLED display on the base station provides real-time status monitoring of all connected beltpack transceivers. Operators can view beltpack connection status, battery levels, and system activity at a glance. The base station also includes audio input and output level controls and remote microphone mute functionality for centralized communication management.

Rechargeable Beltpack Transceivers with Clear User Controls

Each beltpack transceiver includes an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery capable of supporting extended operating sessions. Belts packs feature dedicated volume control, mute and call buttons, and an OLED screen displaying battery status, wireless signal strength, and beltpack identification. Charging is handled directly through the base station or via USB, reducing downtime between uses.

Headsets and Antennas Designed for Stable Communication

The system includes five single-sided headsets designed for long wear and clear voice capture in busy environments. High-gain antennas included with the base station help maintain stable wireless connections across the full operating range, improving reliability in RF-dense environments such as broadcast facilities and event venues.
