The Eartec UPMX4GD9 is a complete full-duplex intercom system designed for nine-person crews who need hands-free, reliable communication while working in the field. This system includes one HUB Mini Base Station, eight UltraPAK beltpack transceivers, nine Max 4G Double Headsets, nine rechargeable lithium batteries, an 8-port multi-charger, and a soft-sided case for convenient storage and transport. Wireless Communication with DECT Performance
Using DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) technology, the included UltraPAK beltpacks enable simultaneous two-way communication within a 400-yard line-of-sight range. Each UltraPAK is lightweight at just 2.5 oz and features an ergonomic design that comfortably clips to clothing or belts. Controls include an easy-access volume adjustment and a mic mute button with LED indicator. These beltpacks deliver reliable full-duplex voice without requiring FCC licensing.

Durable Headsets Built for Comfort and Clarity
The system includes nine Max 4G double-ear headsets with deluxe padding and noise-reducing electret condenser microphones. Each headset is constructed with a flexible steel frame and features a fully adjustable headband for all-day wear. The 270° rotating boom arm includes Automute functionality, which silences the mic when lifted to the upright position. The dual-ear design improves focus in noisy environments such as industrial job sites or live event venues.

Portable Base Station for Maximum Coverage
The HUB Mini Base Station acts as the central wireless relay, expanding system capacity and maintaining signal integrity across a larger area. It supports up to eight wireless users and includes a 3-hour rechargeable lithium battery, AC wall adapter, and belt clip for mobile operation. Two channels of communication and conferencing mode allow users to switch between group segments or communicate with all users at once.

Each component in the UPMX4GD9 system is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery that delivers up to 6 hours of runtime per charge. The included 8-port multi-charger enables users to charge multiple batteries simultaneously. Each bay has an LED status light to indicate when the battery is ready. Spare batteries can be swapped in seconds, ensuring minimal downtime on long workdays.

Rugged Case Built for Travel and Protection
To protect and organize the entire system, a medium-sized soft-sided case is included. The waterproof nylon shell, molded plastic handle, and padded interior compartments keep the headsets, HUB, and accessories neatly stored and ready for transport to any location. The internal Velcro pocket provides room for batteries, power supplies, and cables, keeping everything accessible and secure.
